Returns Policy

Any product that needs to be returned has to be sent back to us (return to base) either in the original packaging or packed safely and protected to avoid damage.

To arrange to return an item or report something damaged you need to email us on or go to and click on contact us. We are unable to do this over the phone as we need to send information to you and also to keep track of the query.

You will pay the postage costs for returning item and we will check the product and if it is faulty or damaged then it will be replaced. If there is nothing wrong however and the goods are perfectly ok and work then they will be returned to you and you will need to pay the postage to cover this. (Unless returned within 14 days from receipt - customer still responsible for postage costs).

Postage refunds for items sent back to us that were damaged or faulty within the first 30 days will be issued but only after the items have come back to us and at reasonable costs, more information about this will be given on our RMA form.

Once the items is received, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once checked we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.

If goods are delivered damaged then you need to let us know within 24 hours or receipt or we will not be held liable.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or your original method of payment.


You will receive the credit within in 7 days, dependant on your card’s issuer policy.


Right to Cancel - Unwanted Items

You may cancel the contract at any time but no later than 14 working days after the day you received the product by sending the notice of cancellation by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number or where you have already received the goods, following our returns authorisation procedure – by contacting Combro Technology Ltd by email or phone. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

We will refund you via your original payment method once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Combro Technology Ltd or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.
