Refurbishment Grading System
At Combro Technology, we carefully inspect and refurbish all items before offering them to our customers. To ensure transparency, we grade each device based on its cosmetic condition and functionality. Here's what each grade represents:
Grade A – Excellent Condition
- Cosmetic: It will show very lights signs of previous use and be free from noticeable marks/scratches on the casing or screen.
- Functionality: 100% tested and fully functional. All hardware components and ports work perfectly. Battery life is very good to excellent.
- Recommended for: Customers seeking a high-quality device at a fraction of the original cost.
Grade B – Great Condition
- Cosmetic: Slight wear and tear, such as minor scratches, scuffs on casing and screen. These do not affect the device’s performance.
- Functionality: Fully functional with no issues. Battery will hold charge and be in good condition.
- Recommended for: Customers who don’t mind a bit of cosmetic wear in exchange for a more affordable price.
Grade C – Fair Condition
- Cosmetic: These laptops will be well used, with noticeable signs of use, including visible scratches, scuffs, or dings. Some wear may be present on the keyboard, screen and palm rest.
- Functionality: Fully functional, but with possible diminished battery life or other minor issues. Performance is still solid, but this grade is best for those on a tight budget.
- Recommended for: Customers looking for a fully functional device at the lowest possible price, and not bothered by cosmetic imperfections.
