Warranty Policy
1. Scope of Coverage
- Internal Faults: We cover hardware defects in materials and workmanship, including motherboard failures, RAM/hard drive issues, and other internal component malfunctions.
- Duration: Coverage remains in effect for 12 months from the date of delivery. All faults must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
2. Specific Exclusions
- Screen Damage: Any physical damage to the display (including cracks, bleeding, or pressure marks) is strictly excluded once the device has been delivered and signed for. All damages upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours.
- Port Damage (USB, USB-C & Charging): Accidental damage to external ports (bent pins, loose connections from force, or internal breakage) is only covered for the first 30 days following delivery. After this period, port damage is considered "Customer Induced Damage" and is not covered.
3. Accidental Damage & Out-of-Warranty Repairs
- Repair Charges: A fee will be applied for parts and labour required to restore the device to working order.
- Logistics: A redelivery charge will be applied to cover the costs of returning the repaired item.
- Liability: We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. Please ensure your data is fully backed up.
4. General Exclusions
- Software issues, malware, or virus infections.
- Damage caused by liquid spills, fire, or natural disasters.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
