Our free 12-month warranty covers any hardware issues that may arise within the first 12 months of your purchase. Accidental damage is not covered. Each product has been extensively tested and restored where necessary.
We have a 3-step process to making sure you receive a laptop that you will love.
1) Data wiping and initial inspection.
Firstly, any machine that enters our building is fully data wiped. Once this is done, we can begin our initial inspection of the cosmetics of the machine. Any machine that has damage to the body will not be sold on our website. Only machines in good cosmetic condition will be processed for sale on our website.
2) Testing and software installation.
Our highly trained engineers use industry standard testing software to test all parts of the machine and replace any parts that do not pass, such as keyboard, RAM, and Hard Drive. Then, we will do a clean installation of windows so that when you receive your item it will be as if you were setting up a new machine.
3) Final check and cleaning.
Before we dispatch any product, we put it through a final inspection to make sure it is in perfect working order, then the machine will be thoroughly cleaned and paired with its correct charger and power lead. We have such good faith in our machines that we offer 12 months warranty on any product.
All our machines, unless stated otherwise in the listing, are second hand / refurbished and therefore have signs of use. You can expect light marks / signs of wear on the body but nothing major like cracks / broken casing. Keys and screen will be in good condition.

If you change your mind about a product you are entitled to return your item within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. The item must be returned in the same condition, with the accessories it shipped with and in its original packaging. You must pay for return shipping.
If there are any cosmetic problems with your item, they must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise we will not be held liable. We will send a prepaid returns label to you to return the item if reported within 48 hours.
We will cover return fee for any hardware issues reported within 30 days of delivery, but outside of that time frame the customer must pay return postage.

If you have returned your item for repair it can take up to 10 working days to be returned to you.
You can cancel your order so long as it has not been dispatched. If it has been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed when the item has been returned to us and inspected. Once this has been done, the refund will be processed and time for it to show in your account will depend on your payment method / card issuer.
